What about Dad?

My Dad passed on to his next realm. And while he was with us, he lived a good life full of healthy food!

We made him Purium Vegan Milkshakes! (instead of thick it, have you ever read the ingredients?”

We usually make chocolate shakes because they are so darn good you crave them! We do get creative with pumpkin, nut butter, peppermint, chai, vanilla, nutmeg, and more.

Here is my personal favorite recipe that I used to make for my Dad, and continue to make for myself and the kids:

  • 2 or 3 big scoops Multi-Vegan Chocolate (MVP Chocolate)

  • 1 or 2 scoops Organic Cocoa

  • 4 or 5 organic dates

  • 1 or 2 organic Banana

  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon

  • 4 cups Organic Almond Milk

  • 4 cups Berkey Water

  • 2 drops Peppermint Young Living Essential Oil

  • Lots of ice

  • In a high speed blender!
