Why restorative? My belief, it's what the body needs in the rush, rush world. In this workshop you will be supported with blankets, blocks, bolsters (yoga pillows) and love. With soft mantras to set the vibration of the room, you will be led into yoga poses and then left to decompress while the entire body is supported by props. Bones heavy, mind light, soul free to let spirit flow. Come, step out of the world and into your bliss. Restorative yoga is said to aid in depression, anxiety, turns off the fight-flight freeze response, slows the heart rate, reduces blood pressure, boosts recovery process from any illness.
