It is time to restore. Experience pratyahara—a conscious withdrawal from the senses.
Annie will lead you through a restorative practice during this two hour and fifteen minute workshop and you will receive the many benefits of practicing restorative yoga.

The postures will be held for 5 to 20 minutes with the use of props—blankets, straps, blocks, firm body pillows called bolsters—which will support your weight and allow your muscles to deeply release.
Mantras, candles and the water while you reset and recharge on a Sunday afternoon.
Sign up in advance to reserve your space. Mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own props.
